- Two stabilizing pieces each adapted to be located longitudinally to both rails to join. Said pieces comprise an upper internal surface and a lower internal surface adapted to be in contact with the root of the head and the root of the skate of the rails to be joined. The surface of the head and the skate next to the soul of the rail are understood as root.

Detailed description of the invention
An embodiment example of the flange object of the invention is shown in figures 1 and 2, more specifically in figure 1 both stabilizer parts (11) with their upper (12) and lower inner surface (13) located at contact with the root (5) of the head (2) and with the root of the base (6) of the skate (4) of one of the rails (1) to be joined.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in Figure 1, the upper (12) and lower (13) internal surface of the stabilizer parts (11) comprise a decreasing section towards the core (3) of the rail (1) antagonistic to the section of the root of the head (2) and of the skate (4) so that the stabilizing parts (11) and the rail (1) have a wide contact surface and also by increasing the tightening of said stabilizing parts (11) against the rail (1) increases the interlocking of them (11) and said contact surface.
Figures 1 and 2 are also shown one of the clamping elements (14) linked therefore to one of the rails (1) to be joined. The clamping element (14) is in contact with the outer face of both stabilizer parts (11) and presses both stabilizer parts (11) against the rail (1).
